Fields of work

My work is devoted to surface processes in the French surface model SURFEX which is used by SMHI in the ALADIN-HIRLAM NWP system. My main research focus is development of soil/vegetation/snow/atmosphere interactions but my work also includes processes related to sea, lake and town surfaces.

Special competences

Project leader of surface development within the European HIRLAM organisation.
