Life-form: Phycoma stage and solitary flagellate

Size: Phycoma-stage: f. parkeae diameter=400-550 µm, f. minuta diameter=200-250 µm

Resting spore:

Note: It can give the surface water a green oily appearance

Distinctive features: The two different punctures of the outer wall
