Size: Apical axis = 74-142 µm, transapical axis 3-4.5 µm

Distinctive features: Two rows of poroids in the striae are discernible with the LM. No central interspace and approximately equal numbers of fibulae and interstriae. Structure of girdle unique (Hasle et al. 1996).
