User Group Meeting successfully held in Tallinn

The first Airviro User Group Meeting for Northern Europe was held in Tallinn, Estonia, 24th – 25th May 2012. Delegates from Estonia, Russia, Sweden and the UK met during two days to share experiences, take part in training and hear the latest news on Airviro.

Latest news

The new features in Airviro 3.22 were presented, including the functionality for emissions from shipping and the new point source structure.

Sharing experiences

Erik Teinemaa presented how the Estonian Environmental Research Center (EERC) uses Airviro and what challenges they meet. This was followed by a general discussion on how to deal with common problems when working with Air Quality Management. Although working in different countries many of the participants had similar experiences.

Training

The training during this event was customized according to the participant’s specific needs. Two different sessions were held, one on system administration and one based on an applied exercise, using several of the Airviro modules.
